BIO- Kruszynek (Trichogramma sp.)
Learn about beneficial insects
It’s a small fly that will make you rid your crops of pests, and all in a safe and biological way!

What is BIO- Kruszynek?
BIO-Kruszynek are small flying flies (0,5-1,2 mm) that parasitise the eggs of insects that attack and damage agricultural and garden crops.
They fight off most insects that lay their eggs on the surface of plants. After hatching from their eggs, Trichogramma spread within a 20-30m radius of the release site, depending on the weather.
Trichogramma are parasitic insects that actively seek out the eggs of other insects parasitising crops in order to lay their own eggs in them.
The adult insects feed exclusively on nectar. They work best at 10-25 degrees Celsius in dry weather.
One buckthorn is capable of eliminating approximately 300 insect eggs and is therefore an effective and natural alternative to chemical insecticides or as a complement to them in the case of chemically resistant pathogen variants.
They live for about 5-6 cycles after lining without permanently altering the ecosystem.
